The Conservatory is a year-round verdant, green paradise, featuring more than 8,000 flowers, plants and trees. With an ever-changing floral display and guaranteed perfect weather, it’s the perfect place to celebrate your special occasion.
The Conservatory Display Area is the most popular area in the Conservatory to have a wedding ceremony, take family or wedding photos, and hold other special events. The Conservatory will provide chairs for guests, a table and chairs for signing your marriage license, and full power access.
The Conservatory Foyer is a perfect location for a stand-up cocktail reception or formal sit-down dinner, for wedding receptions, holiday parties, and other special events.
For after hours events, your guests can mingle in the tropical Palm House and Conservatory Display Area.
The Leo Mol Garden is a serene garden, brimming with flowers, tranquil pools, and the magnificent bronzes of internationally recognized Ukrainian-Canadian master sculptor Dr. Leo Mol. One of the most beautiful venues in all of Winnipeg, the Garden is available for private and semi-private functions from spring through fall.
The Arbour is the most popular location for wedding ceremonies, and the grassy lawn in front of the Gallery Building is also commonly used.
The Park will provide up to 85 black folding chairs, a table with white tablecloth for signing the register, signage to reserve the ceremony area, full power access, and set-up for the preceding items.

In keeping with our surroundings of beautiful Assiniboine Park, Terrace Fifty-Five will mirror the “greenness” of the park with a menu that will be representative of a regional cuisine, emphasizing local products and suppliers and a focus on Canadian fish & seafood. Chef Resch has committed to use sustainable and renewable resources whenever possible. Manitoba products are used extensively including local produce, pickerel, grains, bison and lamb.

The Star Conservatory Restaurant closed permanently on Sunday, January 22 at 5:00pm. All events booked through the venue will be fulfilled.
